She was only fifteen when she started out with an annoyingly catchy song “Because we want to” but Billie Piper surprised all by going on to marry Chris Evans in Las Vegas, divorce him and then end up on Dr. Who and countless other dramatic roles. Although she’s now a time-traveller, we like to remember the little Billy street dancing through the nineties.
In this video you will see some classic nineties touches -hair up, dark make-up on the eyes (All Saints did this well), crop-tops and blazers. The magic sparkles, sound effects and dance routines are all decidedly spice-era. It was big news when Billie went blonde -the girl had grown up so it was then ok to fancy her.
