Lime Green Shirts were extremely cool in the nineties. Coupled with circular sunglasses, white jeans, a curtain hairdo for the boys and Kickers for all, Lime Green Shirts shouted Blur vs Oasis and no more Berlin Wall. For added kudos, one could purchase a Ben Sherman version or even opt for the rival to the Lime Green Shirt -the checked Ben Sherman Shirt.

  1. Middlesbrough is home to all of the remaining lime green shirt brigade, often sporting the kickers with popper trousers tucked into their socks. Its like a time warp going to work every day!

  2. Unfortunately we had hand me downs – skin tight jeans were our bag – the skinny look has funnily enough come full circle. However, I remember I had some speccled black trousers for school – awesome.
