		<description>Went to a Christingle service yesterday and was reminded that the orange represents the world, in God&#039;s hands.

As to fruit in the stocking, my parents (who had four children) and I (ditto) put it in in the vain hope that the children would be too busy eating them, to wake us up too early, when we had stayed up late helping Santa Claus with the Stocking Filling....
