The girl artist who could turn any drawing into real life using a magical crayon. I loved this cartoon because I wanted to be able to do the same. But whilst Penny always drew useful things, I wanted to draw sweets and a car for my own personal gain. I also didn’t like drawing with crayons so I was hoping to find a magical felt-tip. Here are the lyrics to the theme tune:
